Totara Valley
This Design and Build project was for the conversion of an 1890s Heritage Church into a residential dwelling. The roof was removed to allow structural steel portal frames to be dropped into the building and a new concrete slab was poured inside the building to replace the rotten wooden floor and tie the foundations together. A mezzanine floor was constructed within the original envelope to create additional space over the Bedroom, Laundry and Bath area
